Christmas Fun Fair Celebrated at Akhilesh Das Gupta School
On 24th December, a grand and joyful Christmas Fun Fair was organized on the campus of Akhilesh Das Gupta School. The school was beautifully decorated, creating a festive atmosphere filled with enthusiasm, joy, and Christmas cheer. The event brought together students and teachers to celebrate the spirit of the season with great excitement.A variety of games were thoughtfully arranged to ensure active participation and enjoyment for the students. Children enthusiastically took part in the games, showcasing their energy and talents. Adding to the excitement, the Principal also joined in and enjoyed playing the games with the students, which further motivated and delighted them. Along with the fun activities, delicious food and beverages were arranged, which the students thoroughly enjoyed, enhancing the festive experience.The main attraction of the event was a magical magic show that filled the children with wonder and excitement. To further enhance the Christmas spirit, the Foundation group presented a delightful dance, followed by a choir group singing melodious Christmas carols, and an energetic dance performance by the Grade 3 students. After the dance performances, Santa Claus made a cheerful appearance to distribute sweets, and the students were overexcited to meet Santa, filling the campus with laughter and joy. The Christmas Fun Fair proved to be a wonderful opportunity for children to experience togetherness, happiness, and creative expression, and with the dedicated efforts of the school management, teachers, and the organizing committee, the event was truly memorable.

Van Mahotsav Week Celebration at Akhilesh Das Gupta School, Lucknow
Van Mahotsav Week was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the students of Grades Nursery to 2 during school hours. The activities conducted during the week are detailed below:Students from Grades Nursery to 2 visited the BBD Oxygen Park (Herbal Garden), where they observed various types of plants. Additionally, students from Nursery to UKG planted saplings in the Herbal Garden, fostering a sense of responsibility towards nature.An art and craft activity was organized for students of Grades Nursery to UKG, during which they participated in hand painting, leaf painting, and vegetable printing in their respective classrooms.Students of Grades 1 and 2 also planted saplings in the ADGS ground, contributing actively towards creating a greener environment.A storytelling session based on the theme of Van Mahotsav was conducted by the class teachers. Students listened attentively and enjoyed the stories, which highlighted the significance of trees and forests.Furthermore, students of Grades 1 and 2 presented a skit during the school assembly on the topic of Van Mahotsav. Through their performances, they learnt about the importance of trees in our lives.
